This project was a book on a future focused topic, that was drawn at random out of a hat. I drew the topic of "future humans." It wasn't a subject I had spent much time thinking about; but such an open-ended topic gave me a lot of room to explore and choose a direction to take my book. How would the human species continue to evolve? What will humans be like 10–15 years from now? What will have changed? How about 25 years? 50? 100? I chose to approach the subject from a scientific perspective. I looked at how humans are forcing evolutionary progress through technology and a society that is becoming more globalized daily.
